Personalised Items As personalised items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.

Non-Personalised Items If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Return Postage Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any return postage costs in these cases.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
